JOM TRADE Procedure
1. When checking out, you can choose which games you want to trade-in in the Jom Trade box. You can choose to trade in more than one game per transaction, as long as the total value does not exceed your shopping cart value.
2. The trade-in value will be deducted from your shopping cart.
3. After you have completed the payment for the balance, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You now have 3 working days time to post your game to us.
4. Wrap your games nicely and proceed to a courier service. Game Houz recommends Poslaju. Please take note that the shipping cost is not covered by Game Houz.
5. After you have posted your games, log in to your account on our website and click on your order. Scroll to the bottom and find "Add A Message". Send us a message with our tracking number.
6. Once we receive your games, we will check for defects. If everything is OK, we will send out your purchase within 1 working day. You will receive an e-mail and your order status will be updated with your tracking number.
